Despite its outstanding historical value, the Rabʿ e Rashidi historical site in Tabriz, as one of the most prominent complexes of the Ilkhanid period, has often been overlooked within the urban tourism system of Tabriz. Due to the absence of quantitative and spatial analyses concerning visitor distribution patterns, intensity of spatial use, and the tourism carrying capacity, the site has remained under examined in these respects.<br><strong>Research objective:</strong> This study aims to evaluate the tourism carrying capacity of the Rabʿ e Rashidi historical site in Tabriz with the purpose of addressing the imbalance in tourism activity and planning for the reduction of physical degradation of the archaeological complex. The research seeks to answer the following question: Considering contemporary approaches to heritage site tourism, what is the tourism carrying capacity of the Rabʿ e Rashidi historical site in Tabriz?<br><strong>Research method: </strong>This research employs a mixed method strategy, integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches through library studies and field surveys. The study estimates the Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC) and presents results across three primary levels of carrying capacity analysis: Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC), Real Carrying Capacity (RCC), and Effective Carrying Capacity (ECC).<br><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Findings indicate that this valuable historical site, when physical, environmental, and managerial factors are taken into account, will fall within the range of minimal tourism by 2025. According to the calculated data, of the original 90 hectare area of Rabʿ e Rashidi, currently less than 13 hectares are recoverable, and the site is capable of hosting more than 5,000 visitors per day. However, on average, only about 7 visitors per day have visited the site throughout the year. <strong>بیان مسئله:</strong> رشد گردشگری در سال‌های اخیر، در بسیاری از سایت‌ها و بناهای تاریخی با عواملی چون بیش‌گردشگری و کم‌گردشگری همراه بوده است؛ پدیده‌هایی که می‌توانند پایداری کالبدی، مدیریتی و ادراکی میراث تاریخی را تهدید کنند. در این میان، سایت تاریخی ربع رشیدی تبریز به‌عنوان یکی از برجسته‌ترین مجموعه‌های دورۀ ایلخانی، با وجود ارزش‌های ممتاز تاریخی، در نظام گردشگری شهری تبریز اغلب مورد کم‌توجهی قرار گرفته است. به‌دلیل نبود تحلیل کمّی و فضایی از الگوی توزیع بازدیدکنندگان، شدت استفاده از فضاها و ظرفیت تحمل گردشگری در ربع رشیدی مغفول مانده است. <br><strong>هدف پژوهش:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف اصلاح وضعیت نامتوازن گردشگری و برنامه‌ریزی برای کاهش فرسایش کالبدی محوطۀ تاریخی ربع رشیدی به بررسی ظرفیت برد گردشگری سایت تاریخی ربع رشیدی تبریز می‌پردازد. این پژوهش به‌دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که محوطۀ تاریخی ربع رشیدی تبریز با توجه به رویکردهای نوین گردشگری در سایت‌های تاریخی چه ظرفیتی در حوزۀ گردشگری دارد؟ <br><strong>روش پژوهش: </strong>راهبرد این مقاله به روش ترکیبی کمّی و کیفی و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، میدانی بوده است. این پژوهش حدود قابل قبول تغییرات (LAC) را برآورد و نتایج را ازطریق محاسبات در سه سطح اصلی: ظرفیت برد فیزیکی (PCC)، ظرفیت برد واقعی (RCC) و ظرفیت برد مؤثر (ECC) ارائه می‌دهد.<br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> داده‌ها حاکی از این است که این سایت تاریخی ارزشمند، با درنظرگرفتن عوامل مختلف فیزیکی، محیطی و مدیریتی، تا سال 2025 در بازۀ توریسم حداقلی قرار می‌گیرد. طبق داده‌های محاسباتی از ۹۰ هکتار مساحت اولیۀ ربع رشیدی، درحال حاضر کمتر از ۱۳ هکتار آن قابل احیا و ربع رشیدی گنجایش میزبانی بیش از 5000 نفر در روز را دارا است که از این میزان به‌طور میانگین هفت نفر بازدید کننده در طی روزهای یک سال از آن بازدید کرده‌اند. https://bagh-sj.com/article_242960_a19d74cc8e057e421d9db3795f22dd4e.pdf
