چکیده
بیان مسئله: حفاظت و احیای میراث معماری، تلاشی برای حفظ موجودیت بنا و احیای هویت برخاسته از فرهنگ است. از آنجا‌که سیاست‌‌های حفاظتی ساختاری و فیزیکی رایج که اهداف متمرکزی را در راستای افزایش طول عمر بنا دنبال می‌‌کنند به تنهایی نمی‌‌توانند هدف مذکور را محقق سازند.
هدف پژوهش: این پژوهش سعی بر آن داشته تا با شناخت ارزش‌‌های غیرکالبدی در مختصات مکانی موردنظر، نگاهی فراتر از دیدگاه صرف فیزیکی را ارائه داده و از منظر هویت‌‌شناسی، مؤلفه‌‌های ارزشی آسیب‌‌دیدۀ مجموعۀ بازار تاریخی تبریز را شناسایی و راهکارهای حفاظت مبتنی‌بر ارزش‌‌های غیرکالبدی مؤثر در تقویت ارزش‌‌های فرهنگی و تاریخی را عنوان کند.
روش پژوهش: در راستای حل مسئله، از روش کیفی نظریه‌مبنایی مبتنی‌بر داده‌‌های اکتشافی حاصل از مصاحبه با دو گروه متخصصان و کسبه در حجمی برابر با 31 و 15 نفر بهره گرفته شد. تحلیل اظهارات گروه شرکت‌‌کننده طی فرایندی منظم و در عین‌‌حال مداوم در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری، و انتخابی انجام شد.
نتیجه‌‌گیری: نتایج تحلیل یافته‌‌ها نشان داد که ارزش‌‌های غیرمادی فرهنگی و تاریخی مجموعه بازار تاریخی تبریز مجموعاً در هشت طبقه شامل قدمت، اصالت، سنت، اعتبار تاریخی/ ساختار فرهنگی، آیین‌‌ها، مذهب، و حیات فرهنگی قابل تدوین و دسته‌‌بندی بوده و در جریان آسیب‌‌شناسی ارزشی و تدقیق آسیب‌‌های وارده نیز بیشترین میزان آسیب متوجه ارزش‌‌هایی چون اصالت کالبدی، سنت کارکردی و کالبدی، ساختار فرهنگی (نگرش و قوانین)، سنت‌‌های آیینی- فرهنگی و باورها و اعتقادات است. از این‌‌رو راهبردهایی در راستای صیانت و احیای ارزش‌‌های آسیب‌‌دیده پیشنهاد شد که با اجرا و کاربست آن‌‌ها می‌‌توان بر طول عمر و ماندگاری این میراث ارزشمند تاریخی افزود.

چکیده English

Problem statement: Protection and restoration of architectural heritage is an effort to preserve the existence of the building and restore the identity arising from culture. Since the common structural and physical protection policies that pursue focused goals to increase the lifespan of the building, cannot achieve the desired goal alone. 
Research objective: The current research tries to provide a look beyond the purely physical perspective by recognizing the non-physical values in the desired place, and identify the damaged value components of Tabriz historical bazaar in terms of identity and suggest protection solutions based on non-physical values that are effective in strengthening cultural and historical values.
Research method: To address the problem, the ground theory method was used based on the exploratory data obtained from the interviews with two groups of experts and traders in the amount of 31 and 15 people. The analysis of the participant group’s statements was done in a systematic and continuous process in three stages: open, axial, and selective coding. 
Conclusion: The results of the analysis of the findings showed that the intangible cultural and historical values of Tabriz bazaar can be identified and categorized into 8 classes including antiquity, authenticity, tradition, historical validity, cultural structure, rituals, religion, and cultural life and in the course of value pathology and examining the damages, the greatest amount of damage has been related to values such as physical authenticity, functional and physical tradition, cultural structure (attitudes and rules), ritual-cultural traditions, and beliefs and Convictions. Therefore, strategies were proposed to protect and revive the damaged values, which can increase the longevity and durability of this valuable historical heritage by implementing and using them.
